Md Sakib Hasan

Hi! I am Md Sakib Hasan. I have joined the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in University of Mississippi as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2019. I received B.Sc. in electrical and electronic engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2009 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) in 2017. Then I worked as a Post Doctorate Research Associate at UTK for two years. My research interests include semiconductor device modeling, VLSI circuit design, secure nanoelectronic circuit design and neuromorphic computing.

I strongly believe in hardwork, perseverance and self-improvement. I try to maintain a healthy balance between work and life. In my free time, I enjoy movies, books and music. Besides, I enjoy outdoor sports such as badminton, tennis, cricket etc. My other interests include language, Mathematics and leisurely afternoon walks.
