We received an NSF grant for "Collaborative Research: Memtransistor with Enhanced Functionality Enables Energy-Efficient AI Hardware", beginning October 2025. The project is co-supervised by Dr. Md. Sakib Hasan (Ole Miss) and Dr. Raisul Islam (Purdue).
Dr. Hasan received the 2024 Junior Faculty Research Award from the University of Mississippi's School of Engineering.
We received an NSF grant for "Collaborative Research: Reservoir Computing with Ion-Channel-Based Memristors", beginning in May 2024. The project is co-supervised by Dr. Md. Sakib Hasan (Ole Miss) and Dr. Joseph Najem (Penn State).
BeMoSC received a Research Initiation Grant from the Southeastern Center for Electrical Engineering Education (SCEEE) beginning in Fall 2022 for the project "Integrated-Circuit Design of a Discrete-Time Chaotic Map for Hardware Security Applications".
